荤豆花是川南名菜,原料为野生菌、木耳、黄花、竹笋配以上等酸菜而成,将荤豆花汤料熬制成汤,放入嫩豆腐或豆花及少许肉片,其味美无比,是四季皆宜的上等汤料。
